Information about Summer Accommodation

Summer Accommodations
Short-term accommodations are available as well as longer stays at weekly and monthly rates. Please see the chart below.
We offer a variety of residence style single (one bed) and double (two beds) accommodations. Each room has a private ensuite bathroom with hair dryer and basic toiletries. Linens are supplied and housekeeping is offered twice in a seven-day period.
A Continental Buffet Breakfast is included with the rates below: all breakfasts are served cafeteria style in The Chestnut Tree. A full breakfast can be provided for $6 per person.

•There is a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children (under 18) permitted in a double room.
•Children sharing accommodation with their parents are complimentary with a $6 charge for breakfast.
•All rates shown are subject to applicable taxes, currently 5% and 7% for accommodations and 7% and 8% for food.

Reservations can be made by calling (416) 977-0707 ext 0 or by clicking Availability & Reservations to book online. Reservations booked online can only be changed online.

All rooms must be reserved in advance and guaranteed by a Visa or Mastercard credit card. These are the only credit cards we accept. A guaranteed room will be held until midnight on the day of arrival. Check in time is between 3.00pm and 11.00pm (see Front Desk).

Any cancellation must be done 48 hours prior to arrival or one night’s accommodation charge will be made. A cancellation number will be provided for your records.

NOTE: Charges for accommodation will be made ON ARRIVAL. You may choose to settle your account with cash or approved credit card. No cheques are accepted.

We cannot accept debit cards nor are there facilities for exchanging other currencies but an ATM is available in the lobby and local banks are close by.
