	STUDENT RATES: A minimum one month stay is required to be eligible for any student rates.  All student rates include taxes, breakfast and dinner daily, dine in only. The rates listed below include a non refundable deposit of $400.   Sessional Discounted Rate*(May 17- August 23, 2008) Regular Sessional Rate (May 17- August 23, 2008) Monthly Rate (30 days) additional days will be pro-rated Single $3739 * $4195 $1351 Double (per person) $2830 * $3125 $1103 *must be booked and paid in full by March 31, 2008

For visiting summer students, we offer accommodations in single or double rooms from May 17 thru August 23, 2008. If requesting a double room you must provide the details for both persons, who must apply at the same time.
