*89 Chestnut is a smoke free environment. There are no internal smoking areas or bedrooms available. Please respect the non-smoking policy.

Dining at The Chestnut Tree:
Our main student dining area will serve a breakfast and dinner programme through the summer months. Rated in What’s Hot in Maclean’s Guide to Canadian Universities we are justly proud of our culinary brigade led by Executive Chef and F&B Manager Jaco Lokker. The buffet meals will be cafeteria style, so you will be expected to clear to a central area, just like a student!
Simple Service, high quality product and economical pricing.

Housekeeping Services:
provided once in a seven day period. Basic toiletries will be refreshed at that time also. In between times you may use the central recycle and disposal area on each floor.

The Front Desk:
Operating though the day in conjunction with a 24 hour security team, the front desk will assist with reservations, registration, check out and directing your enquiries appropriately. Please arrange to arrive before 11.00pm: if you are arriving later, please see the security desk in the main lobby. The Front Desk is open for arrivals until 11pm, if you are arriving later, please see the Security desk.

Fitness and Well Being Centre:
Operating 7 days per week, the centre offers basic fitness equipment and free weights. Children may not use the exercise equipment.

Parking Garage:
Overnight parking and short term parking are available in the parking garage below the property at competative rates. For more information click to PARKING page.

Our Retailers:
La Perla Hair Salon and Spa and Lee Baron Tailors offer a variety of products and services during your stay.

Laundry Room:
Located on the concourse level, this facility will keep you looking your best. Card operated laundry by CoinOMatic.

ATM:
Main lobby, always available

TV Common Room
On each floor, a TV is provided and there is also a microwave for the popcorn (not provided!) Use for rainy days!
